Future Ruins 2025 at the L.A. Equestrian Center

Los Angeles will be playing host to yet another cool music festival courtesy of award-winning composers, musicians, and longtime collaborators Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross of Nine Inch Nails! Taking place in Burbank at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center on Saturday, November 8, cinematic music festival Future Ruins will bring your favorite soundtrack pieces live, many for the first time ever, featuring some of your favorite artists and composers.

The lineup will include performances by Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross, Danny Elfman, John Carpenter, Mark Mothersbaugh (of Devo), Questlove (of The Roots), Cristobal Tapia de Veer, Ben Salisbury, Geoff Barrow, Claudio Simonetti’s ‘Goblin,’ Hildur Guðnadóttir, Howard Shore’s score of David Cronenberg’s ‘Crash,’ Isobel Waller-Bridge, Kyle Dixon, Michael Stein, Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe, Tamar-kali, Terence Blanchard, and Volker Bertelmann a.k.a. Hauschka.

Set Times: Cruel World 2025 at the Rose Bowl

We have another great weekend of live music in Pasadena, Scenestar readers! This time it comes courtesy of Cruel World on Saturday, May 17, at Brookside at the Rose Bowl with headliners New Order and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.

Fans of the festival who are set to attend this year can take a peek at the music festival's set times, map, food offerings, and more to help prepare themselves for the day.

Be sure to prepare for colder weather than usual, as temperatures are tentatively forecast in the high 70s and low 50s in the evening.

Before taking the stage at Just Like Heaven at Brookside at the Rose Bowl on Saturday, May 10, Empire of the Sun will be performing twice tonight at the Los Angeles Convention Center as part of the Cercle Odyssey traveling concert series. Opening both shows will be Roi Turbo.

Set Times: Just Like Heaven 2025 at Rose Bowl

Festival season continues as we plan out our day at Brookside at the Rose Bowl, thanks to set times being released for Just Like Heaven 2025 courtesy of Goldenvoice!

As we previously reported, Brookside at the Rose Bowl will be hosting the next edition of Just Like Heaven once again on Saturday, May 10, with headlining sets by Vampire Weekend and Rilo Kiley – reunited and performing locally together for the first time since Coachella 2008, alongside Bloc Party, Chris Cruse, Courtney Barnett, Empire of the Sun, Grouplove, Hercules & Love Affair, Panda Bear, Perfume Genius, Peter Bjorn and John, Ra Ra Riot, Slowdive, The Drums, The Sounds, Them Jeans, Toro y Moi, TV on The Radio, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Wild Nothing, and A Club Called Rhonda DJ’s.

James Will Be Playing 'Laid' at the Bellwether

English rock band James will be playing one of their most iconic albums on their upcoming tour! You can see James live when they play 1993's Laid in full when their North American tour brings them to The Bellwether on Saturday, September 27.

You can also see James play a set at Ohana Festival 2025 at Doheny State Beach on Sunday, September 28.

Wet Leg Schedule a Show at the Greek Theatre

We didn't have to wait long to welcome Wet Leg back to Los Angeles! If you missed Wet Leg's recent intimate show at The River on Tuesday, April 8, you're in luck because the British indie rock group will be coming back to play in support of their upcoming release, Moisturizer, at the Greek Theatre on Friday, October 17.

Opening for Wet Leg on their "North American Moisturizer Tour" will be up-and-coming British indie rock trio Mary in the Junkyard.

You can also see Wet Leg play a set at Ohana Festival 2025 at Doheny State Beach on Sunday, September 28.

Coachella 2026 Festival Dates & Info Revealed

It's time once again to start making your plans to attend Coachella next year, Scenestar readers! Goldenvoice has announced the 2026 dates and on-sale info for one of the biggest and best festivals in the U.S., Coachella, with Weekend 1 scheduled to take place from Friday, April 10, 2026, to Sunday, April 12, 2026, and Weekend 2 held from Friday, April 17, 2026, to Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif.

Goldenvoice will announce their headliners and whoever else is performing at Coachella 2026 at a yet-to-be-determined date in November 2025 or later.

Easter/ Coachella 2025 weekend is almost here again, Scenestar readers! One act we're excited to see this weekend is performing locally tonight and taking our Show of the Night title: Kneecap! The Irish hip-hop trio will be joined by rock duo Softplay for a show tonight before they both return to play their Coachella 2025 sets at the Empire Polo Club this weekend.
