Halloween weekend continues here in Los Angeles, Scenestar readers. This includes the return of one of our favorite fall events, which takes our Show of the Night title, Festival Supreme! Returning to Shrine Expo Hall and Grounds, the festival features an all-star lineup including Flight of the Conchords, "Weird Al" Yankovic, Patton Oswalt, Mac DeMarco, Sarah Silverman, Will Forte, Fred Armisen, Tenacious D, and many more!

DJ Shadow has released a new music video for "Nobody Speak," featuring Run the Jewels. The song is from DJ Shadow's new album The Mountain Will Fall, which is out now via Mass Appeal.

Ben Harper Returns To Santa Barbara Bowl

If you missed out on seeing Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals at last year's tour stop at the Greek Theatre, you're in luck! Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals have just announced an all-ages show at the Santa Barbara Bowl on Saturday, August 20, as part of the Call It What It Is World Tour.

It's not easy for us to start the morning following the passing of one of our favorite artists, Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots, but we'll try to celebrate his legacy via some live music. For our Show of the Night pick, we selected The Dandy Warhols, who will perform at the Teragram Ballroom tonight. They'll also perform at the DTLA venue on Saturday, December 5, with Joel Gion and Miranda Lee Richards as the openers.

The singer-songwriter will perform the first of three local tour dates at the Fonda Theatre: tonight, December 3; Friday, December 4; and Saturday, December 5, in support of latest release The Story of Sonny Boy Slim. Lawrence Taylor will open the show.

Deadmau5 and Chvrches will perform at the 2015 Game Awards, which celebrates the best video games of the year! The event will take place at Microsoft Theater on Thursday, December 3.

A very unique event will take place next week! Held at Club Nokia on Wednesday, September 23, Girls Night In will feature female YouTube stars Andie Case, Meredith Foster, Alisha Marie, Meghan Rienks, MyLifeAsEva, and Mia Stammer performing a scripted show interspersed with games, sketches, contests, musical performances, and more.
