Outside Lands Reveals 2019 Festival Lineup

There's yet another summer music festival announcement, Scenestar readers! This time it's Outside Lands, which will be held at San Francisco's Golden Gate Park from Friday, August 9, to Sunday, August 11. This year's festival lineup includes headliners Childish Gambino, Paul Simon, and Twenty One Pilots. Other acts on the bill include Better Oblivion Community Center, Blink-182, Bob Moses, Leon Bridges, Flume, Hozier, Kygo, The Lumineers, Kacey Musgraves, The Neighbourhood, Anderson Paak. & the Free Nationals, Santigold, and many more. Massive Attack Reschedule Their U.S. Tour

Good news Massive Attack fans! We have the newly rescheduled dates for Massive Attack's upcoming North American tour. The band was previously scheduled to perform at the Hollywood Palladium on Friday, March 29; Saturday, March 30; and Sunday, March 31, but now you can see them live on Tuesday, September 3 (Previously March 29), Wednesday, September 4 (Previously March 30), and Thursday, September 5 (Previously March 31). Mezzanine XX1 is a totally new audio/visual production featuring Elizabeth Fraser and Horace Andy and designed by Robert Del Naja with collaborators to celebrate the anniversary of their influential album release.

Massive Attack Postpone Their U.S. Tour

UPDATE: Tour dates have now been rescheduled

For those of you that have been waiting almost five years for the return of Massive Attack, you may have to wait a bit longer to see them live in Los Angeles. The band has announced that they will be postponing their upcoming Mezzanine XX1 North American tour dates due to illness. The postponement affects upcoming Massive Attack tour dates in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Palladium on Friday, March 29; Saturday, March 30; and Sunday, March 31. This is also bad news for those of you planning on heading up to Northern California to see them live at San Francisco's Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, on Thursday, March 28th, and down south at Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre at SDSU in San Diego, CA, on Tuesday, April 2. Rescheduled tour dates will be announced on Thursday, March 14.

Ásgeir to Play Hollywood Forever Cemetery

Icelandic singer-songwriter Ásgeir will be coming back for another tour in support of latest release, Afterglow! Asgeir will be bringing his North American tour to Los Angeles when he plays a date at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Friday, March 22.

In his own words, "I play various MP3's and Vinyl recordings of sounds and vibrations from friends and strangers alike TO friends and strangers alike. Thom Yorke: Two Shows at the Orpheum

Thom Yorke has announced a pair of solo dates at the end of this year! The Radiohead frontman will headline all-ages shows at the Orpheum Theatre on Wednesday, December 19, and Thursday, December 20, in support of his latest solo release Tomorrow's Modern Boxes.

New Music Video: Justice "Stop"

Justice is back with a new music video for their single "Stop," neon-hued animated video created by French creative duo Mrzyk & Moriceau.

The Paris-based electronic duo will be performing at the Google I/O conference at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA on Wednesday, May 9th, which will be streamed live on YouTube. There are no plans to play a date in Los Angeles following last year's sets at Coachella 2017 and HARD Summer 2017.
