Drake: Three Shows at the Kia Forum

We have even more Drake to look forward to, Scenestar readers! As we previously announced, the Canadian rapper will be embarking on his "It's All A Blur Tour" with 21 Savage, which now includes tour dates at the Kia Forum in Inglewood on Saturday, August 12, Sunday, August 13, and Tuesday, August 15, and a pair of shows at Crypto.com Arena on Monday, August 21, and Tuesday, August 22! The co-headlining duo recently collaborated on an album release, Her Loss.

Sigur Rós With Orchestra at the Greek Theatre

Scenestar favorite, Sigur Rós, will be back this year for a special limited run of shows! Joined by the 41-piece Wordless Music Orchestra, the iconic Icelandic post-rock act Sigur Rós will be back in Los Angeles for the first time since last year when they headliner the Shrine Auditorium on Thursday, May 19.

This time Kjartan "Kjarri" Sveinsson, Georg Holm, and J​​ónsi of Sigur Rós will be taking the stage at the Greek Theatre on Monday, August 28, with a magical set that includes their hits as well as your first chance to hear their first new music in 10 years from their yet-to-be-titled album release.

For fans that like traveling, Sigur Rós will also be playing up north in the Bay Area when they headline the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley on Saturday, August 26.

The Cure Have Three Shows at Hollywood Bowl

It has been a bit since The Cure has had a tour date in Los Angeles, but the wait is finally over! If you missed The Cure's most recent L.A. performance at Pasadena Daydream Festival in 2019, you can now see the band return to the Hollywood Bowl on Tuesday, May 23, Wednesday, May 24, and Thursday, May 25, with opener The Twilight Sad.

You can also head south to San Diego to see The Cure on Saturday, May 20, at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista and in the Bay Area on Saturday, May 27, at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View.

Outside Lands Reveal Their 2023 Festival Lineup

One of our favorite Bay Area festivals has finally announced its festival lineup! Outside Lands will be back again for a fifteenth year at San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, Outside Lands will be held Friday, August 11, to Sunday, August 13, with a lineup that includes Kendrick Lamar, Foo Fighters, Odesza, Lana Del Rey, The 1975, Megan Thee Stallion, Interpol, Zedd, Janelle Monae, Maggie Rogers, Father John Misty, Fisher, and many more.

Get ready, Outside Lands fans, because you can soon buy tickets to the Bay Area festival! Returning for a fifteenth year at San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, Outside Lands will be held Friday, August 11, to Sunday, August 13, and attendees can purchase three-day passes via the Eager Beaver presale.

The Smile to Play at the Shrine Auditorium

Radiohead side-project The Smile will finally be making their L.A. debut! Touring in support of their latest release A Light for Attracting Attention, Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, and Tom Skinner a.k.a. The Smile have chosen to play for the first time in Los Angeles when they headline a show at the Shrine Auditorium on Wednesday, December 21.

Lykke Li to Headline the Theatre at Ace Hotel

It's finally time to welcome back Scenestar favorite, Lykke Li, back to Los Angeles! If you missed her performance at Yola Dia in 2019, you can make up for it by welcoming back the Swedish indie-pop act when she takes the stage at the Theatre at Ace Hotel on Friday, September 30. The intimate tour date is in support of her upcoming album release, Eyeye.
