Re:SET Concert Series Booked at the Rose Bowl

We have another great event coming to Brookside at the Rose Bowl this summer, courtesy of Goldenvoice! The Re:SET touring concert series will be taking place in Pasadena on Friday, June 2, Saturday, June 3, and Sunday, June 4 with a lineup that consists of Steve Lacy, James Blake, Toro y Moi, and Fousheé on Friday, Boygenius, Clairo, Dijon, and Bartees Strange on Saturday, and LCD Soundsystem, Jamie XX, Idles, and Big Freedia on Sunday.

Each day of music will feature full sets from each act with no competing stage conflicting with any of the scheduled performances at any of the 12-city concert series tour stops in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Columbia, Forest Hills, Grand Prairie, Nashville, New Orleans, Palo Alto, Pasadena, and San Diego.

The Smile to Play at the Shrine Auditorium

Radiohead side-project The Smile will finally be making their L.A. debut! Touring in support of their latest release A Light for Attracting Attention, Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, and Tom Skinner a.k.a. The Smile have chosen to play for the first time in Los Angeles when they headline a show at the Shrine Auditorium on Wednesday, December 21.

Lykke Li to Headline the Theatre at Ace Hotel

It's finally time to welcome back Scenestar favorite, Lykke Li, back to Los Angeles! If you missed her performance at Yola Dia in 2019, you can make up for it by welcoming back the Swedish indie-pop act when she takes the stage at the Theatre at Ace Hotel on Friday, September 30. The intimate tour date is in support of her upcoming album release, Eyeye.

Rage Against The Machine: New Tour Dates

Coachella headliners Rage Against The Machine hasn't announced if they're still headlining the festival, but will still be hitting the road in 2022! Rage Against The Machine has rescheduled their North American tour dates and have finally been revealed where they're playing next year with opener Run The Jewels. The new "Public Service Announcement" tour dates will take place in El Paso, TX at Don Haskins Center on Thursday, March 31; NMSU Pan American Center at Las Cruces, NM, on Saturday, April 2; at Gila River Arena in Phoenix, AZ, on Monday, April 4, and Wednesday, April 6; Oakland Arena on Tuesday, April 26, and Thursday, April 28; and more. Rage Against The Machine last played in Los Angeles at L.A. Rising on Saturday, July 30, 2011.

Rage Against The Machine Tour Dates Revealed

For those of you not about to go to Coachella 2020 and ready to travel to see Rage Against The Machine, North American tour dates have finally been revealed with opener Run The Jewels! This includes previously announced "Public Service Announcement" tour dates in El Paso, TX at Don Haskins Center on Thursday, March 26, NMSU Pan American Center at Las Cruces, NM, on Saturday, March 28, and at Gila River Arena in Phoenix, AZ, on Monday, March 30, to help warm up for their performances at the Empire Polo Club in Indio. Rage Against The Machine last played in Los Angeles at L.A. Rising on Saturday, July 30, 2011.

Happy Saturday, Scenestar readers. We're in New York, but we didn't forget about you or the return of our Show of the Night selection: Robyn! After selling out a pair of shows at the Hollywood Palladium earlier this year, Robyn will headline one last local tour date tonight at the Forum in support of latest release Honey. Australian singer-songwriter Troye Sivan is the scheduled opener. Also, we want to wish a Happy Birthday to KCRW's Jason Bentley today!

New Music Video: Interpol "The Rover"

Interpol have a new music video out for their single "The Rover," off of their sixth album release Marauder, which will be released on August 24 on Matador Records. The video pays tribute to one of their favorite places to play live, Mexico City.

As we previously announced, Interpol will headine the Hollywood Bowl on Thursday, October 4. The Kills and Sunflower Bean will open the show. Tickets to see Interpol at the Hollywood Bowl are on sale now via Ticketmaster for $37.50 to $125 each plus service fees. Interpol Are Headlining the Hollywood Bowl

Following the announcement of their new album in Mexico City this morning, Interpol have decided to reveal dates for their fall North American tour! Their sixth album Marauder, will be released on August 24 on Matador Records and you can hear Interpol perform it live at the Hollywood Bowl on Thursday, October 4. The Kills and Sunflower Bean will open the show. This is Interpol's first time back here since their Turn On The Bright Lights show at Los Angeles State Historic Park last year.
