Let's continue to get some live music in, Scenestar readers. Coachella 2025 is almost here again, but all the action is in town courtesy of our Show of the Night: Cuco! Joined by openers Thee Sinseers, Cuco will be playing an intimate hometown show tonight in support of his latest release Ridin’, at El Rey Theatre, where he will play the album in full for the first time.

The Marias Add a Show at Santa Barbara Bowl

We have a Scenestar favorite extending their tour post-Coachella 2025 this summer! The Marias will be hitting the road once again in support of their latest release, Submarine, with a headlining show up the coast at the Santa Barbara Bowl on Saturday, July 19. Joining The Marias on "The Submarine Tour (Extended)" will be opener Julie.

The Marías will be returning to the Empire Polo Club when they play on the Outdoor Stage at 8:20 p.m. PT on Friday, April 18, at Coachella 2025.

We hope you're having a great day, Scenestar readers. We're mourning the passing of KROQ legend Jed The Fish, but we still celebrate him with live music and that also includes checking out a Coachella 2025 playing a "Localchella" date for our Show of the Night: Lola Young! The up-and-coming artist will be headlining a show tonight at the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood before taking the stage again at Coachella 2025 at the Mojave Tent on Friday, April 18. Fellow Coachella 2025 performer Bob Vylan will be opening the show.

Happy Hump Day, Scenestar readers. We're one day closer to Coachella 2025 and we have some cool "Localchella" options this Wednesday including our Show of the Night: The Go-Go's! Going back to their roots, The Go-Go's will be headlining The Roxy in West Hollywood tonight before taking the stage at Coachella 2025 at the Outdoor Theater on Friday, April 11.

Suppose you can't get into our Show of the Night. The Coverups Have a Show at Pappy & Harriet's

We have another "Localchella" show of sorts coming up, Scenestar readers! This time it's the Green Day side-project The Coverups (consisting of Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt) who announced a surprise intimate show between Coachella 2025 sets outdoors at Pappy & Harriet's on Thursday, April 17.

As we previously reported, you can also see Green Day live at Coachella 2025 on Saturday, April 12, and Saturday, April 19, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif.

TOKiMONSTA: Two Shows at El Rey Theatre

Scenestar favorite TOKiMONSTA has a pair of hometown shows coming up! The Los Angeles producer recently had to cancel her show at the Fonda Theatre back in November to care for her best friend Regina Biondo, but now she's back with a new album inspired by their friendship Eternal Reverie, which includes tour dates at El Rey Theatre on Friday, May 30, and Saturday, May 31.

For those of you going to Weekend 2 of Coachella 2025, TOKiMONSTA has a set scheduled on the Do Lab Stage on Sunday, April 20.

Goldenvoice Reveal Coachella 2025 Side Shows

It's that time of year once again to see which Coachella 2025 acts will be playing sideshows all around Los Angeles! Goldenvoice has released the first wave of local "Goldenvoice Presents April" shows, featuring concerts with Coachella 2025 acts in and around town that are new or already scheduled at press time.

Those shows include performances by Afrojack, Alok, Basement Jaxx, Beabadoobee, Eli Brown, Dennis Cruz, Dixon, Djo, Eyedress, Fcukers, Beth Gibbons (of Portishead), Ginger Root, GloRilla, Jennie, Japanese Breakfast, Jimmy Eat World, Julie, Kneecap, Medium Build, Miike Snow, Parcels, SAINt JHN, Shermanology, Still Woozy, The Dare, The Go-Go's, Thee Sacred Souls, Together Pangea, Lola Young, and many more.

The venues for these upcoming shows include El Rey Theatre, Fonda Theatre, Fox Theater Pomona, Glass House, The Novo, the Orpheum Theatre, The Roxy, and Sound Nightclub, among others. We'll update this story as more shows are announced.

While some shows are on sale now, the newly announced concerts related to the festival go on sale starting on Friday, February 21, at 12 p.m. PST and the second wave of shows goes on sale on Friday, February 28, at 12 p.m. PST.

Blackpink Will Return to Play at SoFi Stadium

We get one more shot at seeing Blackpink again this summer, Scenestar readers! If you missed seeing Blackpink back in 2023 at Dodger Stadium, you can now welcome them back "in your area" when they headline SoFi Stadium on Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 13.

Lisa and Jennie of Blackpink will also be performing on separate days at Coachella 2025 at the Empire Polo Club.

Jennie also has a pair of brief solo tour dates before Coachella 2025 in support of her debut release, Ruby, live at Peacock Theater on Thursday, March 6, and Friday, March 7.
