Local Natives FREE In-Store Performances

Scenestar favorite Local Natives have added some in-store shows before heading off on tour! Already scheduled to perform Hummingbird in full at The Ford in Hollywood on Tuesday, August 1, and Wednesday, August 2, Local Natives will now be adding to the list some FREE performances (with purchase) at Amoeba Music in Hollywood on Tuesday, July 11; at Fingerprints Long Beach on Wednesday, July 12; and Salzer's Records in Ventura on Thursday, July 13, in support of their upcoming release, Time Will Wait For No One.

Music Video: The Know "Someday Maybe"

Los Angeles-based dream pop act The Know recently released a music video for their single "Someday Maybe," from their upcoming self-titled release, out on Monday, May 18. The music video features a lead role by someone you may know from seeing him dance up and down the aisles or at his seat at the majority of concerts you attend here in Los Angeles, Howard Mordoh aka "L.A. Rocker."

Cut Copy Reveal Lost Track "Ocean Blue"

Cut Copy revealed an unreleased song today called "Ocean Blue." The band wrote and recorded it along with the tracks on their latest album "Haiku From Zero" but didn't make it onto the album, however, we sure are glad it's now seeing the light of day!

Halloween 12" - Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross Version - Out On Vinyl

Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross have been adding some amazing soundscapes and aural layers to films for a few years now. Today, they released their version of John Carpenter's famous "Halloween" theme on vinyl for the first time. Just typing this gives me chills!
