It's finally the weekend, Scenestar readers. For our Show of the Night, we're going with the return of Poolside! Los Angeles-based duo Filip Nikolic and Jeffrey Paradise will open for Com Truise's headlining show at the EchoPlex tonight. Also on the bill is Bondo Do Role. Poolside also has a live session today at 11:15 a.m. on 89.9 KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic.

Band Of Horses & More On Railroad Revival Tour

One of the more unique tours is back! On stage once again on vintage railcars, the Railroad Revival Tour returns to Los Angeles with a stop once again at Port O’ Call Village in San Pedro on Saturday, Oct. 27. This year's lineup includes Band Of Horses, Jamey Johnson, Willie Nelson, and John Reilly & Friends.

Rodrigo y Gabriela will be playing their second consecutive night at the Hollywood Bowl in support of their last album release, 11:11 and will be joined by opener, Los Amigos Invisibles and end the show with fireworks! It's finally the weekend Scenestar readers! Today, one of our favorite summer festivals, HARD Summer is finally here and is our Show of the Night. Boys Noize, Chromeo, Digitalism, Duck Sauce, James Murphy (of LCD Soundsystem), Odd Future, Ratatat, Skrillex, and more take the stage at Los Angeles State Historic Park later tonight starting at 6:00 p.m. Set times are available by clicking here and tickets by clicking here. No tickets will be available at the door. The Metro Gold Line and Red Line will be open past 2 a.m. for those that want to commute to the festival to save on parking or DUIs. Those wanting to party longer into the night, there will be a "secret" afterparty/show within walking distance at KGB Studio with surprise HARD Summer artist guests performers TBA ($20.00 GA, $40.00 VIP CASH). The Civil Wars Book A Wiltern Date

One of our favorite new duos, The Civil Wars, are back to play a headlining show! Recently, The Civil Wars played a in-store performance at Amoeba Music in support of their debut, Barton Hollow along with two sold out shows at Largo at the Coronet and the El Rey Theatre. If you missed The Civil Wars then, you have another shot at seeing them live in the Fall when they play the Wiltern on Saturday, Nov. 19 with opener Milo Greene!
