Now in its 18th year, the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago's Union Park will once again present another varied bill of veteran artists and soon-to-be break-out acts. Headliners Black Pumas, Jamie XX, and Alanis Morissette top Friday, July 19, Saturday, July 20, and Sunday, July 20, respectively. The festival also brings with it an impressive 40% representation of female artists among them Brittany Howard, Muna, Sudan Archives, Bratmobile, and Jessica Pratt. As always there is a focus on the local music scene of Chicago and this year is no exception. Improv group Black Duck, former poet laureate Kara Jackson, and indie rockers Lifeguard are a few who will be representing the city at the fest.

The 17th edition of the Pitchfork Music Festival returns to Chicago’s Union Park this summer from July 21st – 23rd 2023. A pair of heavy hitters in the form of Bon Iver and The Smile headline another stacked lineup with festival favorite Big Thief as the 3rd name at the top of the bill. Recently reunited Youth Lagoon, indie darling Weyes Blood, and the reclusive King Krule make long-awaited returns to Union Park this year. R&B act Ric Wilson, DJ/producer Ariel Zetina, and singer/songwriter Sen Morimoto represent their hometown of Chicago.

Pitchfork 2023 Reveal Their Festival Lineup

Pitchfork Music Festival has announced the lineup for its 2023 edition festival! The festival—which will be held from Friday, July 21, to Sunday, July 23, at Union Park in Chicago—will feature headliners The Smile, Big Thief, and Bon Iver. Other artists scheduled to perform include Alvvays, Axel Boman, Illuminati Hotties, Julia Jacklin, Kelela, Killer Mike, King Krule, Koffee, Nation of Language, Perfume Genius, Snail Mail, Youth Lagoon, Weyes Blood, and many more. Re:SET Concert Series Booked at the Rose Bowl

We have another great event coming to Brookside at the Rose Bowl this summer, courtesy of Goldenvoice! The Re:SET touring concert series will be taking place in Pasadena on Friday, June 2, Saturday, June 3, and Sunday, June 4 with a lineup that consists of Steve Lacy, James Blake, Toro y Moi, and Fousheé on Friday, Boygenius, Clairo, Dijon, and Bartees Strange on Saturday, and LCD Soundsystem, Jamie XX, Idles, and Big Freedia on Sunday.

Each day of music will feature full sets from each act with no competing stage conflicting with any of the scheduled performances at any of the 12-city concert series tour stops in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Columbia, Forest Hills, Grand Prairie, Nashville, New Orleans, Palo Alto, Pasadena, and San Diego.

Let's be honest, we've been anticipating for live music to return for a good long while. And after what will have been more than 2 years, the Pitchfork Music Festival will be returning to Union Park in Chicago next month from September 10 - 12th with indie queen Phoebe Bridgers, art rocker St. Vincent and neo soul virtuoso Erykah Badu at the top of this year’s lineup. The festival having three females at the top should come to nobody's surprise as Pitchfork has gone above and beyond many of their other festival contemporaries to curate a line up with at least a 50/50 gender split. They are joined by strong group of Pitchfork Fest alumni including the likes of Animal Collective, Danny Brown, Waxahatchee, Flying Lotus, Angel Olsen, and Cat Power. As always, there is a prominent contingent of Chicago based artists on the bill such as indie trio Dehd, R&B songstress Jamila Woods, singer-songwriter KeiyaA and step producer DJ Nate who bolster a deep undercard. And to top it off, following a decade long hiatus, indie pop stalwarts The Fiery Furnaces reunite to play an (almost) hometown Chicago show.

The festival—which will be held from Friday, July 17, to Sunday, July 9, at Union Park in Chicago—will feature headliners The National, Run The Jewels, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Others scheduled to perform include Big Thief, Phoebe Bridgers, Cat Power, Deafheaven, The Fiery Furnaces, Hop Along, Angel Olsen, Caroline Polachek, Sharon Van Etten, Waxahatchee, Yaeji, and many more.
