Chan Marshall a.k.a. Cat Power will be paying tribute to Bob Dylan on her upcoming headlining tour! Besides opening for Pixies and Modest Mouse at the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday, September 17, Cat Power will play two "Cat Power Does Dylan" shows at the Troubadour in West Hollywood on Monday, November 6, and Tuesday, November 7.
The show consists of Cat Power performing a song-for-song recreation of Bob Dylan's most fabled and transformative live sets of all time. The original performance was held at the Manchester Free Trade Hall in May 1966 – but long known as the “Royal Albert Hall Concert”.
