Dave Navarro and Billy Morrison will present Above Ground, a mental health benefit concert tonight at the Fonda Theatre, which also includes performances by Billy Idol, Slipknot's Corey Taylor, Perry Farrell, Sugar Ray's Mark McGrath, and many more.
