Radiohead is back! The British band, who has several summer festival shows scheduled, will headline two shows at the Shrine Auditorium on Thursday, August 4, and Monday, August 8, announced this morning on KROQ. It coincides with a contest the radio station is having to also see Radiohead live in Iceland at the Secret Solstice Festival. This is the first time Radiohead has performed in Los Angeles since a 2010 benefit show at the Fonda Theatre to raise funds for Haiti. The band also headlined two weekends at Coachella in 2012. New York also gets a chance to see Radiohead twice when they headline Madison Square Garden on Tuesday, July 26, and Wednesday, July 27. The band also will travel to Mexico City for shows at Palacio De Los Deportes on Monday, October 3, and Tuesday, October 4.
Tickets for the Shrine Auditorium shows will go on sale Friday, March 18, at 10:00 a.m. via AXS for $75.00 each plus service fees, but the band's W.A.S.T.E. website will have their usual presale on Wednesday, March 16, at 10:00 a.m.! To participate in the fan presale, you must create an account. Please note: Most tickets are will call only. Click below to see Radiohead this summer! Until then, stream the band's single "Spectre" on the Radiohead SoundCloud.
