The upcoming FYF Fest is now SOLD OUT, but if you missed out on buying tickets, several artists have scheduled shows around the festival. Check out the poster above.
On Thursday, August 21, Blood Orange and Kindness will perform at the Theatre at Ace Hotel; Future Islands will perform at the Fonda; Benjamin Booker will headline The Echo; and Fucked Up and Tijuana Panthers will perform at El Rey. On Friday, August 22, there are several pre-FYF Fest shows, including Fucked Up and Tijuana Panthers at the Glass House; Slint will headline El Rey; Built to Spill will perform at The Roxy; Joanna Gruesome is on at The Smell; and How To Dress Well will headline First Unitarian Church.
After FYF Fest, you can see La Dispute and Balance and Composure at El Rey Theatre on Monday, August 25. Murder City Devils will have two shows, performing at the Glass House on Tuesday, August 26, and Pappy & Harriet's on Wednesday, August 27. And Ty Segall has four shows at The Echo on Thursday, August 28; Friday, August 29; Saturday, August 30; and Sunday, August 31.
Tickets for most of these shows will go on sale this Friday, July 11, at 12:00 p.m., but there will be a presale on Thursday, July 10, at 10:00 a.m. Password: FYF2014. Click below to enjoy all these concerts in August, Scenestar readers!
