On Thursday, March 21, E-40, Mack 10, DJ Quik, Too $hort, Warren G, and many more will perform live at the Downtown Los Angeles venue with host Big Boy from Power 106. If you would like to see all these local hip hop acts, we are giving our readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to attend the West Coast Fest!
