It looks like it's that time again to get into the holiday spirit and why not do it with a night of great music? This year, 3rd Annual Christmas Sweater Festival is in full effect with some great bands such as Castledoor, The Deadly Syndrome, Eskimohunter, The Pity Party, Signals & 400 Blows! The bands are playing this Saturday, December 19th at the El Rey Theater in the name of charity.
All proceeds from the concert will go to Teen Impact, a program at Children's Hospital Los Angeles for teens and young adults with, or recovering from, cancer. Sound like something that tugs at your heartstrings and musical palette too? Then we have the contest for you!

Morrissey has issued a statement today via Morrissey webzine True To You regarding his feeling on the recently release B-sides from 2004 to 2009 Swords and his most recent tour that ended the year. Morrissey his feelings on the Swords release in November which were mostly filled with sorrow regarding pricing and goes into his favorite shows at the end of the year including some of the incidents that happened throughout the tour.
