U2 Adds 2nd 360º Tour Date @ Angel Stadium of Anaheim

So you were out of luck this morning getting your U2 tickets for next year's show at Angels Stadium of Anaheim? No worries Scenestar reader! Besides their already scheduled show in Anaheim on Sunday, June 6th, 2010, U2 has decided to add a second date on Monday, June 7th, 2010 in support of their latest album No Line On The Horizon. Tickets will be going on sale to the public on Friday, November 20th at 10:00am for this new U2 360 tour date but are available starting Tuesday, November 10th via presale for U2 Premium Suscribers.

Spoon, Phoenix & More To Headline Holiday Hootenanny

Love music and will travel? Then we have the show for you! Manchester Orchestra, Spoon, Phoenix, Vampire Weekend and White Rabbits will be headlining 94.4fm San Diego's Holiday Hootenanny! Holiday Hootenanny will be taking place at UC San Diego's Rimac Arena on Saturday, December 12th.

Tickets are $38.50 at the UCSD Rimac Arena box office with no service fees or $35.00 via Ticketmaster plus service fees with tickets going on sale to the general public this Monday, November 9th at 12:00pm noon. Muse To Play Live 105 Play Not So Silent Night

Muse is hinting pretty hard that they'll playing in Los Angeles this December (Yes, we're looking at you KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas!). The band has been added to Live 105's Not So Silent Night along with Metric, Vampire Weekend, AFI and 30 Seconds To Mars. Not So Silent Night will be taking place on Friday, December 11th at Oakland's Oracle Arena which is a super convinient venue for Los Angelinos willing to travel to see the festival since it's next to the BART.

Tickets go on sale to the public this Saturday, November 7th at 11:00am via Ticketmaster with a special presale taking place this Thursday, November 5th at 10:00am. This is the closest Muse will be playing to Los Angeles unless KROQ adds them to Almost Acoustic Christmas (::cough cough::). As you probably already know, Morrissey will be playing a bunch of shows in Southern California including shows at the Pomona Fox Theater on Monday, December 7th and at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Thursday, December 10th. Morrissey To Sell "Swords" W/ Ventura Tour Date

No Scenestar readers, Hector and the rest of his gang aren't being armed to take each other out at the Majestic Theater in Ventura. Morrissey is having a special presale today for those who preorder a copy of Morrissey's new compilation album Swords.

Pricing depends on the version of Swords you choose. There's an 18 track digital download of B sides from 2004 to 2009, handpicked by Morrissey for $9.99 or a limited edition 26 track digital download featuring eight previously unreleased live tracks from Morrissey's 2009 World Tour for $13.99.

Swords will be released to the public on Tuesday, November 3rd. Tickets to see Morrissey at the Ventura Majestic Theater without the album will go on sale this Saturday, October 10th at 10:00am.

Looks like we're finally getting some clarity Scenestar readers. Morrissey is finally getting on-sale dates and Las Vegas gets to take the first shot at getting tickets to see him on the Swords tour on Friday, December 4th! Other tour dates close to Los Angeles are still being tweeked but we're glad that we're finally seeing some progress on the Morrissey front.
