Built To Spill Plays Troubadour & Observatory

Built To Spill

Built to Spill has announced a spring tour this year, which will include two dates at West Hollywood's Troubadour on Friday, May 3, and Saturday, May 4, and a show at the Observatory in Santa Ana on Thursday, May 2. Tickets for the Troubadour shows will go on sale this Friday, Feb. 8, at 1:00 p.m. via Ticketfly for $25.00 each plus service fees. The Observatory show will also go on sale this Friday, Feb. 8, at 10:00 a.m. via Ticketweb. Junior Rocket Scientist will open all three shows.

Built to Spill is currently working on the follow-up to 2009's There Is No Enemy. It is scheduled for release some time this year by Warner Bros. The band also will tour with a new lineup. Drummer Steve Gere replaces Scott Plouf, and bassist Jason Albertini replaces Brett Nelson.
