Hurricane Sandy has been affecting concert tours in the eastern part of the U.S., and now we have a big one to announce here in Los Angeles. Woodkid, who was set to make his Los Angeles debut, has canceled his U.S. tour, which included a show at the Luckman Fine Arts Complex on Saturday, Nov. 3.
