The annual celebration of French inspired music is finally here! The Ooh La L.A. Music Festival is back in 2011 and all the action is going down at the El Rey Theatre this week. Headliners for the Ooh La L.A. Music Fest include Nouvelle Vague on Thursday, Sep. 29, Tinariwen on Friday, Sept. 30 and electronic artist Etienne De Crecy on Saturday, Oct. 1 with special guests each night.
