"Also I Like To Rock" Returns To The Hammer

KCRW and the Hammer Museum have teamed up once again to present the “Also I Like To Rock”! The all ages concert series, which will take place for four consecutive Thursdays in July, starting next Thursday, July 7 with Graffiti6 and Eastern Conference Champions. Doors open at 7 p.m. with bands starting at 8 p.m. Hammer Museum members and KCRW member suscribers get priority entry to the shows.

Curated by Buzz Bands LA, the concerts are free and all-ages, so really, you have no good excuse not to go, especially if you live on the Westside! $3 parking is available after 6 p.m. under the museum.

Best Coast Added To Greek Theatre Lineup

Best Coast is playing yet another local show! This time Best Coast joins Lykke Li on her next local show in support of her new album, Wounded Rhymes. You can see Lykke Li with Best Coast this summer on Wednesday, August 3 at the Greek Theatre. Also joining them will be Fool's Gold. You can also catch Best Coast next weekend for FREE at the Getty Museum on Saturday, July 9.

Wavves "Secret Show" At The Townhouse

San Diego's Wavves will be in Los Angeles for a very special show tomorrow! The band will perform at Venice's Townhouse on Thursday, June 30. Wavves will be playing with opener, Royal Baths.
