Give credit where credit is due. Downtown Lobby broke this news. LA Weekly even credited his post.

yay because nobody would have found out about Prince announcing on tv that he was playing 21 nights in LA without some other blog posting it first

We tried e-mailing you but you gave us a fake e-mail "Ozwaldo". We also saw it on TV last night but figured the middle of the night to post a story is kinda pointless so it would be better to share the news in the morning. We were too worried (or slow) about posting "Shows of the Night" and the TV on the Radio's presale and got beat by DTLALobby. George Lopez broke the story so we mentioned him per our draft we set up last night but much props to Downtown Lobby for being the first local blog to write it up and go live. Glad he's getting the traffic and recognition from L.A. Weekly. =)

My word exactly "As for the post, it was something that many heard last night and that is also why I referenced George Lopez and posted the video of Prince calling in. I waited till the morning (as difficult as that was) to write it up. We have a great relationship with Oscar and The Scenestar website and don't demand any type of credit. I know if The Scenestar did actually hear anything from me first, he will credit me and has done so (Example:

We try to be a happy LA music blogging family and are always willing to share information."

I do appreciate Ozwaldo lookin out for us over here. it's all good in da hood.
