As Tall As Lions Bid Farewell At Troubadour

As Tall As Lions are back with a new tour date in Los Angeles but for the last time ever. The Long Island band will play at the Troubadour on Friday, December 17 as part of their farewell tour. As Tall As Lions will also play shows in New York and Chicago to end their 8 years together as a band.

New Music Video: Tame Impala "Lucidity"

Tame Impala are back with a new music video for their single, Lucidity, off of their recent release, Innerspeaker. After seeling out shows earlier this year at Silverlake Lounge, Tame Impala returns to play at the Independent in San Francisco on Monday, December 13 and in Los Angeles on Tuesday, December 14 on at the EchoPlex with opener Stardeath and the White Dwarfs. Metal band The Sword finally make their way to Los Angeles this week as part of their Warp Riders Tour! The band will be performing on Friday, October 1, at the El Rey Theatre. Pavement are making their final appearance in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Bowl as part of their reunion tour. Joined by Sonic Youth and No Age, this should be one of the top shows of the night! Sade To Play Staples Center In 2011

Finally, we got the tour date of one of our more anticipated shows on the year but it won't be happening till next year! Sade has chosen Staples Center as the location of her live return to Los Angeles on Friday, August 19, 2011 along with a date farther south at the Honda Center on Tuesday, August 30, 2011. This upcoming tour is in support of Sade's new album Soldier Of Love out on February 9th in the US. This will be Sade's first tour in ten years.

Tickets to see Sade will go on sale to the public on Monday, October 18th at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster for both Southern California dates. We'll keep you posted Scenestar readers when we get word of a Sade presale for her return to Southern California! The rest of the North American tour is available after the jump:

Vincent Gallo is bringing Rriiccee back from its hiatus and to Los Angeles in the Fall! You can see Rriiccee live at the El Rey Theatre on Tuesday, November 23. The filmmaker hasn't performed as Rriiccee since 2008 so if you missed seeing his band two years ago, now is your chance Vincent Gallo fans!
