Scenestar favorite Nosaj Thing is back and teaming up with Toro y Moi! Along with Jogger, they have teamed up for "The November Tour" which will be debuting their visual shows here in the US. For those of us in Los Angeles, we can catch Nosaj Thing and friends at the El Rey Theatre on Thursday, November 11.

Jenny and Johnny To Play The Troubadour

Jenny and Johnny have finally added a Los Angeles headlining date to their West Coast tour! The talented couple are on the road in support of their debut release, I'm Having Fun Now, and Los Angeles gets a taste tonight when Jenny and Johnny play free at Amoeba Hollywood, Tuesday, August 31, at 6 p.m. You can then see Jenny Lewis and Johnathan Rice next month when they play in October at the Troubadour on Tuesday, October 5! Jenny and Johnny are already opening for Belle & Sebastian at the Hollywood Palladium on Sunday, October 3rd.

Tickets for Jenny and Johnny at the Troubadour will be available on Thursday, September 2 at 1pm via Ticketfly. The ever catchy electropop French-German duo Stereo Total is back this week. Stereo Total will be playing at EchoPlex on Friday, Sept. 3, in support of newest album Baby Oh!.

Liz Phair To Play At The El Rey Theatre

Liz Phair is back with a new album and a headlining show here in Los Angeles! Funstyle is Liz Phair's newest release and she will be performing songs off the new album when she plays at the El Rey Theatre on Friday, October 8.

Modeselektor will be performing in the US for some select tour dates, including a date in Los Angeles! Modeselektor will make one of their four tour stops at the El Rey Theatre on Thursday, September 23. They will then head to Seattle, Washington DC then New York to finish off their brief tour.

Belle & Sebastian at Hollywood Forever

Belle and Sebastian announced yesterday that the band will perform at the Hollywood Forever cemetery on Tuesday, Oct. 5, following the graveyard screening of Trainspotting. If you're into a night of Scottish entertainment, you can get your tickets for the movie and concert tomorrow, Sept. 1, at noon. Tickets are $25 and available via Ticketweb.

Belle and Sebastian also will perform at the Hollywood Palladium on Sunday, Oct. 3, and tickets for that show are available now. The band is currently on tour in support of new album Belle and Sebastian Write About Love.

Interpol To Play Free "Out-Store" Concert

Interpol have just added another local Los Angeles show and this time it's a free one! Already booked to play at the Greek Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 23, a private KCRW's Interpol show at the 150 capacity Berkeley Street Studio on Monday, September 6 and the recently added Fox Theater in Pomona on Tuesday, October 19 with opener White Rabbits, they will be playing a record release show in Hollywood!

You can now catch Interpol live on Tuesday, September 7 at Space 15 Twenty at 7pm (Doors at 6pm) for a one hour out-store outdoor performance in support of their new self-titled album. More details on how to get in at the jump:

Jonsi Adds Pomona Fox Theater Date

Sigur Ros frontman Jonsi is looking to spend even more time in Southern California for this recently scheduled tour of North American in support of his new album, Go! His first date in California will be at 4th & B in San Diego on Friday, Oct. 15. Jonsi will be in Los Angeles on Sunday, Oct. 17, to perform at the Wiltern. And he has a show in the Bay Area at the Fox Theater on Tuesday, Oct. 19. Now Jonsi has added a new local show at the Pomona Fox Theater on Monday, October 18!
