German electronic DJ and producer Robin Schulz has scheduled two upcoming local tour dates! In support of his new album Sugar, which will be released September 18, Robin Schulz has scheduled an 18+ show at the Fonda Theatre on Thursday, September 24, and an all-ages show at the Glass House on Saturday, September 26.
After performing last year at the Bardot and The Echo, Melbourne, Australia's Strange Talk will be back in L.A. this fall! The indie band has scheduled an all-ages show at the Roxy Theatre on Saturday, October 17, in support of last year's Cast Away.
Telekinesis has released a new music video for "In a Future World," a track from new album Ad Infinitum, which will be released September 18 via Merge Records. Regarding the video, director Justin Lapriore explained: "I watched Michael tweak countless knobs and reroute patch cables, searching for the sound of Ad Infinitum. Let’s put a spaceman in the woods, the beach, the car. Let’s have him looking for something. It was a simple, appropriate concept. Uncharted sonic moon beaches."
Due to overwhelming demand, Sturgill Simpson, who already has an all-ages show at the Theatre at Ace Hotel on Friday, November 20, has added a second L.A. tour date! The country singer-songwriter also will headline the Downtown L.A. venue on Saturday, November 21, in support of last year's Metamodern Sounds in Country Music. Billy Wayne Davis is the opener for both shows.
Following last year's date at the Roxy, Rasputina will return to L.A. this weekend! On tour in support of Unknown, Rasputina will bring their cello-driven sounds to West Hollywood when they headline an all-ages show at the Troubadour on Friday, July 31, with opener Daniel Knox.
